No More Stomach Aches: The Fruit Connection
Fruit is possibly the most beneficial food on the planet for us humans. But many of you don’t eat any of it. Pity.
You are missing out one of life’s great pleasures, not to mention all the health benefits.
- “It gives me stomach aches.”
- “I spit up the acid for hours.”
- “My doctor said don’t eat it.”
Yeah. I have no doubt. Just keep the antacids in the cabinet for a second longer.
Fruit give problems because you don’t eat it correctly. No, I don’t mean you don’t know how to chew. I mean you
eat it at the wrong time. Let me explain. Fruit is basically the perfect food. It has everything you need. It has
glucose from carbohydrates for energy, vitamins, minerals, fatty acids and amino acids for building protein. And
fruit doesn’t require digestive juices.
On an empty stomach, within 30 minutes it passes right on through to the
intestines where its nutrients are utilized by the body. But to make these nutrients available, you must eat it
raw. When you cook fruit (as in apple pie, my pretty) or when you eat canned fruit or pasteurized fruit juice made
from concentrate, it will ferment in your stomach, further toxifying you while creating an environment you don’t
want in your body. Bubble, bubble toil and trouble!
Fresh raw fruit, however, cleanses. It detoxifies you. Eat it on an empty stomach – traditional desserts with fruit
stays in the stomach and ferments and interferes with the digestion of your other food.

- Got heart disease?
- Cancer?
- Stroke?
- Fatter than the beasts grazing in the fields?
Then fresh raw fruits eaten daily on an empty stomach, waiting 15-30 minutes before you eat anything else, is one
of the best things you can do for your health. So, if you find yourself with daily crushing chest pain, gas, the
sweats, the rock in your stomach and spend forever on “the throne” part of the reason is because you are
tossing fruit on top of your meals, cooking fruit and/or drinking those fruit concoctions mixed up in laboratories
and passed of as the genuine article. When you eat fruit within 3-3.5 hours after even a properly combined meal,
you are asking for trouble.
So it’s not just you. It’s human biology. Prove this to yourself. Have a ham & cheese sandwich and some milk
for lunch and follow it up with a banana or some blueberry pie. Then for dinner eat a nice big plate of spaghetti
and meatballs (or steak and potatoes) and don’t forget the clogging milk. Then throw down a piece of apple
pie, some peach cobbler or strawberry shortcake on top of it. Mmmmmmm! Then compare it to having a light, satisfying
meal of fish with any veggies you want (or potato, pasta, or rice with any veggies) and skip the milk and dessert.
You’ll feel the difference immediately. Immediately. And you won’t need the antacids.
Do this daily and you won’t need any digestive aid ever again. Yes, I said EVER again. And if you just can’t say
