SuperGreen528hz: An Interview with Susan Wilesmith

Kirk: I’m happy to interview Susan Wilesmith, formulator of the SuperGreen 528 SuperFood.

Let’s start with your background in holistic health and how you became interested in formulating SuperFoods.

Susan: I have been making Ayurvedic formulas for the past ten years and involved in SuperFoods for the past eighteen months.

Combining these herbs for clients in drinks, food, salads, body scrubs, and enemas has all been apart of a cleansing, purification system that I work with at Alohaveda Wellness on Kauai, Hawaii. Alohaveda Wellness is an Ayurvedic Panchakarma Treatment Centre.

Kirk: What was your inspiration for formulating this product?

Susan: SuperGreen528 was formulated from clients requesting a herbal formula which they could use while I was traveling giving Panchakarma Treatments on the mainland. They could add the SuperGreen528 to smoothies, salads, cereals, warm tea to give them extra vitality and health.

Kirk: The “SuperGreen” part of the name is clear, but what does the “528” stand for?

Susan: SuperGreen528 is made to the frequency of 528Hz. This loving vibrational music (http://www.love528.com) fills the kitchen whilst I prepare the herbs and package them. It is a transforming vibration which fills the DNA with peace and meditation experiences.

Kirk: What’s it like eating this formulation?

Susan: SuperGreen528 is a sensory experience. Taste (mouth), infused with musical vibration (ears), sprinkle the herbs onto your salads (touch), smell the fragrances (smell), and enjoy the color green (sight)…MEDITATE before ingesting to increase intention of health and wellness, vitality and brightness to living LIFE to the fullest. MANIFEST the best intentions for yourself and your loved ones around you, including animals and nature, the world and Universe…We are all as one, no separation!

SuperGreen 528

Kirk: Since your product is based on Ayurvedic principles, are there different blends to address each dosha type, or just a single formulation to cover them all?

Susan: There are four SuperGreen528 Herbal Blends that I offer to balance and harmonize the doshas or elements of the body. We are made up of 5 elements:

  1. Earth
  2. Fire
  3. Water
  4. Air
  5. Ether

In Ayurvedic medicine there are three doshas which make up the five elements and have a blend of two elements in each dosha:

  • Vata (air, ether)
  • Pitta (water, fire)
  • Kapha (earth, water)
  • Tridoshic (a blend of all three doshas)

The four blends have the tridoshic mix which is the original blend. I then incorporate additional herbs to the vata, pitta, and kappa blends to create balance to the elements they represent. For example: Vata in balance is joy, creativity, positivity; Out of Balance is anxious, stressed, worried, fearful. Even if you have nothing that is out of balance but resonate with what is in balance, this is the blend to take.
All herbs are prepared to the 528Hz frequency.

Kirk: What ingredients are included in the blends?

  1. I don’t understand where the 528 hz frequency comes in. When you prepare the herbs, do you play music tuned to the 528 hz frequency, or are there other preparations that tune the herbs to this frequency?
