It never fails that on opening weekend I’m so excited that I cannot sleep which is not good since I have to dance all day long. So this time, I took Snooz’n sleep aid and it worked great.   2. April, when I have to travel, it seems the night before I have trouble sleeping. I had one of the little bottles of all natural Snooz’n sleep aid, so I took it that night. I slept well, and I woke up right before my alarm went off and felt rested. Big difference. I personally don’t like taking sleeping pills either, of any kind. I prefer to rely on natural products that don’t linger in the body, build up in the liver, or cause side effects like drowsiness.
