The Jamaican dish called "Curried Goat" or "curry goat" incorporates the use of all three components in its traditional (and modern) recipe. We sometimes use the "Scotch Bonnet" or "country pepper" as a substitute for the cayenne (or bird) pepper. But all ingredients are very key ingredients in the dish. Remember to trim the fat from the goat. As a matter of fact the same ingredients are also key components of "curried chicken" and "curried fish" dishes which are very popular locally and in the Diaspora.
