    Excellent that you’re addressing the issue that so often goes overlooked when mentioning health/wellness: stress. It is such a serious issue and yet few successfully tackle the issue. Kudos to this company for trying to make a difference.
    That being said, though, I don’t know that its necessary to spend money on some expensive program to reduce stress, anxiety, etc. I used to be the epitome of stress & emotional eating, but by starting a nearly daily yoga practice and adding just 12 minutes of daily meditation to my routine, that has all been completely eliminated.
