		<description>I am fifty and have a BMI within normal limits, I exercise moderately and eat healthy. I find that as I am getting older, water retention seems to be a big issue. I am wondering if anything, naturally can help me keep on top of water retention other than reducing salt in my diet and drinking plenty of water. I drink sixty four to ninety ounces of water a day and don&#039;t &quot;add&quot; salt but know I get some just by what I eat.</description>
