When it comes to weight loss there’s a wealth of information out there. Almost too much.

There’s television shows, i.e. The Biggest Loser, weight loss groups to join, i.e. Jenny Craig, there are diet books, diet pamphlets, websites, eBooks, and much more. There’s just about anything and everything you can think of to help overweight people to lose weight.

  1. It’s nice to see somebody addressing weight loss as a holistic issue, not just one of calories in, calories out. Emotional issues are at the core of most over-eating, and these issues have to be addressed in order to really resolve the problem.
