Have you been hearing about glyconutrients and joint pain? If you have arthritis or rheumatoid arthritis, or other causes of pain in joints or connective tissue, you should know about this holistic solution to help relieve the joint discomfort.

Even osteoarthritis caused from deterioration which can begin when there are mineral deficiencies in the body can be helped with trace minerals, and now we are learning about the benefits of glyconutrients.

Sore joints cause finger joint pain for millions daily, whether resulting from overuse, misuse or disease. Sore joints cause time off work, inability to perform day to day activities and impact a healthy, happy life in many ways.

Millions of dollars are spent on massage cream arthritis products in attempts to reduce or alleviate the suffering, often with little or no results. While causes of joint problems in the fingers may vary from arthritis to simple overuse, the pain is nonetheless very real.

Hip joint pain is another common cause of suffering both in young, active people and in the elderly. Arthritis frequently sets into this much used and often abused large joint. Since the body's weight focuses on this skeletal junction when standing or sitting, the suffering can be depressing and unbearable.

Use a holistic approach including glyconutrients and joint pain may become a memory. Even if pain is only reduced, it is well worth the addition of natural supplements, pain-relieving creams and minor dietary changes as those listed to the right to avoid pain joints.

Joint Care Products

As we previously discussed the foods you eat can contribute to joint pain. When choosing products, supplements, and herbs for joint care there is a wide variety of natural products to choose from including cremes, homeopathics, nutritional supplements, and herbal remedies, and at the same time remember to also take good care of your digestive system by raw food, fiber, and foods that have anti inflammatory properties.

Foods to eat include green vegetables such as kale, okra, celery, parsley or watercress, seaweeds, carrots, barley and what grass products, avocados, pecans, soy products, whole grains, spirulina and cold water fish such as salmon, sardines or herring.

Foods to avoid include calcium inhibitors such as red meat, dairy products, eggs, chicken, alcohol, caffeine, excess refined sugar and sweets and synthetic sweeteners, and excess salt.

Avoid foods high in oxalic acid such as cranberries, plums, chard, spinach and rhubarb.

Foods from the nightshade family should be avoided including tomatoes, eggplant, potatoes, peppers and tobacco.

Dr. Leia advises that you try acupuncture and Chinese or Ayuvedic herbs from a practitioner near your home. It is important for the practitioner to see a patient.

Now doc is saying that there might be a problem in the synovial fluid etc. Help and suggest a diet I should follow and especially which are the things I should avoid in my diet.
